It has been over two weeks since I have been able to blog, so I apologize. Rent had a week off and I took full advantage of it! I had the most amazing July 4th ever. I spent the holiday in Washington, D.C. with my great friend Gregory Vander Ploeg. He has a boat and we cruised the Potomac River all week. The gay boating club, Potomac River Cruisers, invited us to raft up with them for the fantastic fireworks show on the National Mall. The view from the river is perfect. I have enclosed a few pictures below. I fall in love with D.C. more and more each time I visit. I have strong feelings about a possible move there in the not so distant future.
When the week was over, I flew to Tampa to restart Rent. We had a great week and the weather was hot, hot, hot! I have played Tampa numerous times and it was nice to catch up with friends in the area. I flew to Boston today to start our two-week run at the Colonial Theatre. If you are in Boston, please come to the show. The theatre is intimate and the show will look fantastic.
UPDATE: The Trinity Wheeler Fitness web site is coming along and will be launching in about a month. I recently received the artwork from the amazing Joe Phillips. It is going to be so much fun. Stay tuned!
